On July 8, 2010 Action Pour Les Enfants (APLE) organized a seminar for its staffs in Mundul Kiri province to discuss changes in behaviour of child sex abusers as well as their new tactics and prepare strategies to respond for the next coming six months. A full-day seminar allows the introduction of and discussion about identified behaveral changes of child sex abuse and their tactics used to engage in sexual activities with children, resulting in a number of excellent recommendations and strategies APLE shall undertake to ensure that its operation is efficeint and effective. One of the strategies is to set up a mobile investigation team at APLE to target child sex perpetrators who move to live in poor communities far from the cities and prey on the children.
